Assorted deli meats (Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef), assorted sliced cheeses (American, Swiss and Cheddar) assorted breads and rolls, chef's selection of freshly made soup, potato chips, potato salad, pasta salad, assorted condiments, cherry and fudge bars, regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, milk or soft drinks.

Mexican Buffet……………………………………………………. $11.95 per person

Build your own chicken fajitas, build your own tacos, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cram and guacamole, beef burritos, Mexican rice, Mexican corn, tossed salad bowl with dressings, fruit empanadas, regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, milk or soft drinks.

The Standard Buffet………………………………………………$14.95 per person

Sliced beef with mushrooms, chicken four season (chicken breast topped with sautéed green and red bell peppers, onion and mushrooms), herb roasted redskin potatoes, vegetable of the day, tossed salad bowl (mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, freshly baked croutons, accompanied with French, vinaigrette and holiday ranch dressings), pasta salad, ambrosia salad, dinner rolls and butter, carrot cake and chocolate cake, regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, milk or soft drinks.

The Grand Buffet………………………………………………… $16.95 per person

Sliced roasted pork loin with apples and calvados sause, california stuffed chicken with a supreme sause, whitefish, california mixed vegetables, whipped potatoes with gravy, tossed salad bowl (mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, freshly baked croutons, accompanied with french, vinagrette and holiday ranch dressings), pasta salad, ambrosia salad, dinner rolls and butter, dutch apple pie, regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, milk or soft drinks.
