Congratulations on Your Recent Engagement!

Thank you for considering the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center for your 2008 Wedding Reception.

The Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center can accommodate a maximum of 350 people.  To reserve your wedding date with the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center we require a minimum guarantee of 200 people along with a $600.00 deposit.  Your deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation.

All food and beverages must be purchased from the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center.  Choose from our many plate and buffet style menus or allow us to design a menu to fit in your style and budget.  I have enclosed our current menu, please note that menu prices are subject to change.  

The banquet room rental is waived, however we do charge a $350.00 plus tax set up fee.  The set up includes a head table on a riser for up to 14 people for the bridal party, cabaret style seating, white linen table cloths and napkins, china settings, hurricane globes with candle holders or tea lamps for center pieces, dance floor, white linen skirted head table, gift table, cake table and bar. 

The  Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center staff will cut and serve your wedding cake at no charge.   

Overnight room blocks may be set up for your out of town guests.  A complimentary Jacuzzi Room for the bride and groom on the wedding night if your reception is booked with the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center.
