Congratulations on Your Recent Engagement!

Thank you for considering the Pohlcat Club House for your 2008 Wedding Reception. Please note that the Pohlcat Club House is non-smoking

The Pohlcat can accommodate a maximum of 200 people.  To reserve your wedding date with the Pohlcat we require a $600.00 deposit.  Your deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation.

All food and beverages must be purchased from the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center.  Choose from our Pohlcat banquet menu or allow us to design a menu to fit in your style and budget.  I have enclosed our current menu, please note that menu prices are subject to change.  

The banquet room rental is $850.00 plus tax.  The rental includes a head table for the bridal part, cabaret style seating, white linen table cloths and napkins, china settings, hurricane globes with candle holders or tea lamps for center pieces, dance floor, white linen skirted head table, gift table, cake table, and bar.

The Soaring Eagle Inn  staff will cut and serve your wedding cake at no charge.   

An overnight room block may be set up for your out of town guests at the Soaring Eagle Inn and Conference Center.
